From Hotels (Kernersville - Sleep Inn & Holiday Inn Express)
1. Take Hwy 66 North into Kernersville
2. Turn right at Parks Chevrolet and follow East Mountain St. to
the stop sign.
3. Turn left at the stop sign and make the 1st right into The
Dudley Inn & Conference Center entrance.
4. The Yeates Convention Center is to the left at the bottom of
the hill. The Piedmont & Forsyth Rooms are in the Cafeteria building straight ahead and to the right.
Via Interstate 40 West from Greensboro:
1. Take EXIT 206 (BUS I-40 West) toward Kernersville & Winston-Salem
2. From Business 40, take EXIT 15 (Kernersville - Hwy 66)
3. Turn LEFT at the traffic light at the end of exit ramp.
4. Turn right at Parks Chevrolet and follow East Mountain St.
to the stop sign.
5. Turn left at stop sign then 1st right into The Dudley Inn & Conference
Center.
6. The Yeates Convention Center is to the left at the bottom of the hill. The Piedmont & Forsyth Rooms are in the Cafeteria building straight ahead and to the right.
Via Interstate 40 East from Statesville:
1. Take EXIT 188 (BUS I-40 East) into Winston-Salem
2. Approximately 10 miles past Winston-Salem, take EXIT 16 (exits
to the left)
3. Take the first right into The Dudley Inn & Conference Center
4. The Yeates Center is to the left at the bottom of the hill. The Piedmont & Forsyth Rooms are in the Cafeteria building straight ahead and to the right.
Via Interstate 77 South from Wytheville, VA:
1. Exit at I-74 corridor to Mount Airy and Winston-Salem.
2. Continue on U.S. 52 South to Winston-Salem.
3. Take EXIT 109A (Bus 40 EAST)
4. Continue on Bus 40 to Kernersville
5. Take EXIT 16 (exits to the left)
6. Take the first right into The Dudley Inn & Conference Center
7. The Yeates Center is to the left at the bottom of the hill. The Piedmont & Forsyth Rooms are in the Cafeteria building straight ahead and to the right.
Via Interstate 77 North from Charlotte:
1. Exit at I-40 East in Statesville.
2. Follow directions above for I-40 East from Statesville.
Via Interstate 85 North from Charlotte:
1. Take I-85 North.
2. Take EXIT 87 (US-52 North)
3. Take US-52 North into downtown Winston-Salem.
4. EXIT onto BUS I-40 East (not I-40)
5. Continue on BUS I-40 to Kernersville
6. Take EXIT 16 (exits to the left)
7. Take the first right into The Dudley Inn & Conference Center
8. The Yeates Center is to the left at the bottom of the hill. The Piedmont & Forsyth Rooms are in the Cafeteria building straight ahead and to the right.
Via 220 South from Martinsville, VA:
1. Take 220 South
2. Approximately 10 miles past Madison stay straight on HWY 68 South
3. Stay straight on HWY 68 to Greensboro (as going to airport)
4. Take I-40 WEST toward Winston-Salem & Kernersville
5. Follow directions above for I-40 West from Greensboro.
